The 10-Bid Launch for concrete contractors

I build your ads, your website and your follow-up. You pay for the ads. My fee is $0 for the first 30 days, and it stays $0 until you have had 10 jobs to bid.

I can put that in writing because I ran it with my own money first: $18,000 in ads signed $284,000 in jobs in 90 days at my own concrete company. See the numbers

Book a call

Tell me where you work and I will call or text you to set a time. I take one concrete contractor in each market, so I will also tell you whether yours is taken.

Not ready to start yet? Book one anyway. Once another concrete contractor near you signs up, your market is taken.

I will call or text you at this number about your market. Privacy policy

Where concrete jobs get lost

Each of these has a fix, and the fixes are what I build for you. The numbers are from my own company's records.

The call comes in while you are on a pour

18 of the 28 jobs my company has taken a deposit on started as a phone call, not a form. So every missed call gets a text back right away.

The homeowner goes quiet

Half the leads my company lost never said no. They just stopped answering: 19 of 38. So every form gets an instant reply, and every quote gets 28 days of follow-up without anyone having to remember.

You paid for a lead that other contractors got too

Lead services sell the same homeowner to several companies, so you race on speed and price. These leads come from your own ads and your own website. They reach you and nobody else.

You get a report about clicks, not jobs

So the report I send counts what you get paid on: leads, how fast they were answered, estimates set and jobs signed.

What you get

The 10-Bid Launch

Everything I use to fill my own concrete company's schedule, built for yours. Sales and systems training included.

The phone rings

Google Ads built and run by me. They reach homeowners in your area while they are searching for a driveway, a patio or a replacement. And a website built to make them call: I charge $5,000 for a website on its own. This one is included, and it is yours to keep even if you leave on day 31.

Every call answered

An instant reply to every form and a text back on every missed call, so a homeowner who calls while you are on a pour hears from you right away.

Every quote followed up

28 days of follow-up on every quote you send, without anyone having to remember, so a homeowner who goes quiet still hears from you.

Bids won without cutting your price

My “Questions to Ask Every Concrete Contractor” sheet, with your answers on it, to hand every homeowner you bid. And sales training on how I run an estimate, the way I won jobs as the highest bid.

A score every Monday

Every Monday: how fast your team replied, which calls nobody returned, and what those cost you in ads.

Your market, closed

I take one concrete contractor per market. Once you are in, the next concrete company that asks about your area is told it is taken.

10 jobs to bid, or I work for free until you have them

The clock starts when the ads do

Your 30 days begin the day your ads go live, not the day you sign.

Every one is real

A real homeowner in your area asking you for a price. Sales calls, spam and people outside your area do not count.

Short of 10? I keep working

If you have not had 10 jobs to bid by day 30, my fee stays $0 until you have.

I can put that in writing because I ran it with my own money first: 110 homeowners asking about work in my company's first 90 days.

What I need from you: room for four or more extra jobs a month, and someone who answers every homeowner the same day.

Straight answers

What do I pay in the first 30 days?

Only your ad spend. My fee is $0 until day 31, and it stays $0 past that if you have not had 10 jobs to bid yet.

What counts as a job to bid?

A real homeowner in your area asking you for a price. Sales calls, spam and people outside your area do not count toward the 10.

What does concrete advertising cost?

At my own company the ads worked out to about $164 a lead in the first 90 days, and about $818 for each job that went on to pay a deposit. With me, you pay for your ads, and my fee is $0 for the first 30 days.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is month to month, with no long-term contract. If you leave, the website stays yours.

How long until my ads are live?

Usually a week or two after you say yes. Your 30 days start the day the ads go live, not the day you sign.

How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor leads?

Those services sell the same homeowner to several contractors, so you race on speed and price. These leads come from your own ads and your own website, and they go to you alone.

Who owns the ad account and the website?

The ads run in my agency account. The website is yours whether you stay or not.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

I rebuild it as part of this. The new one is yours whether you stay or not.

You own a concrete company. Will you ever compete with me?

No. I run concrete in Colorado and nowhere else, and I take one concrete contractor in each market. Your agreement says I will never operate in yours.

What kind of concrete work is this for?

Residential work: driveways, patios, walkways and stamped concrete. That is where my own numbers come from. If you only bid commercial jobs, this is not built for you.

What concrete advertising ideas actually work?

The plain one. At my company, 18 of the 28 jobs that have paid a deposit started as a phone call. So I put the money into search ads, a page that makes calling easy, and follow-up that makes sure every call gets an answer.

What do you need from me?

Room for four or more extra jobs a month, and someone who answers every homeowner the same day.

Do you work with concrete contractors anywhere in the country?

Anywhere in the United States where the market is still open. I take one concrete contractor per market.
